About Us

The Connection Cove was created from a place of not quite fitting in. I wanted a space where I could show up fully as myself — without feeling like I had to follow someone else’s rules, look a certain way, or fit into a specific mold. I wanted to host events, offer intuitive readings, and connect with people in a way that felt natural, grounded, and real to me. More than anything, I wanted to create a space where other people could feel that too — where they didn’t have to have it all figured out to walk through the door.

When a nearby metaphysical shop was closing, it became really clear that there wasn’t a lot of space locally for people who are spiritually curious to gather, learn, and connect. Being located in Temperance, Michigan — right between Toledo, Ohio and Monroe — it felt like the perfect place to create something that could bring people together. But beyond location, the biggest inspiration was personal. I knew there were other people like me — people who were curious, intuitive, maybe a little unsure where they fit, but still felt called to explore something deeper. The Connection Cove was created for those people.

Hi, I’m Victoria — the owner of The Connection Cove.

I created this space to be everything I felt was missing — a place where spirituality feels approachable, conversations feel natural, and people feel comfortable showing up exactly as they are. From a young age, I was always drawn to this work. I grew up watching Sylvia Browne and John Edward, and I knew early on that I wanted to help people in a similar way — just in a way that felt true to me.

After my big awakening in 2020, I had my own significant experiences with the very things I now offer, including tarot, reiki, and past life regression. Those experiences didn’t just spark my interest — they shaped the way I connect with and support others today. I’ve been doing this work professionally since 2021, offering intuitive readings and spiritual guidance in a way that is grounded, honest, and supportive.

Whether you’re coming in for a reading, attending an event, or just stopping by the shop, my goal is for you to leave feeling a little more connected and a lot more confident in yourself — without ever feeling judged or out of place.

Hi, I’m Diyon.

My journey into energy healing began in 2000 when I became Usui Reiki Level 1 & 2 certified in Indiana. From that point on, I continued practicing and deepening my understanding of energy work, discovering just how powerful healing can be when we allow ourselves to slow down and truly focus inward.

A few years ago, I went through a deeply personal healing journey of my own, guided by a close friend and mentor who was trained in shamanic healing. That experience completely transformed the way I view healing and inspired me to continue expanding my own training. I later became an Usui Reiki Level 3 Master Teacher and began incorporating shamanic practices into my work as well.

Today, I offer Shamanism-infused Reiki sessions at The Connection Cove. My approach blends intuitive energy healing with spiritual guidance in a way that feels gentle, supportive, and deeply personal to each client. Before every session, I take time to connect spiritually and set the intention for your healing so the experience feels aligned, calming, and meaningful.

My goal is to create a peaceful, welcoming space where you can relax, release what you’ve been holding onto, and feel supported on your healing journey — whether you’re looking for clarity, emotional healing, or simply a moment to breathe and reset.
